Yummy Fruit Pizza

So this recipe may be a little presumptuous as it is still technically winter, but a girl can dream right? Plus any fruit is allowed, so as long as the stores have it you can make it! I came across this recipe and it instantly took me out of my winter blues. + it is fool proof, its pretty much relying on good old Betty Crocker 😉 It is great for entertaining or for the kids, pretty much a win win!

Prep time: 20 mins

Ingredients:
1 pouch Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
1/2 Cup butter of margarine, melted
1 egg
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup Betty Crocker Rich and cream cheese frosting (1lb container)
2 1/2 cups assorted fruit

Step 1

Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray 14-inch pizza pan or 15×10-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Step 2

In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, melted butter and egg until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely, about 45 minutes.

Step 3

In chilled medium bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Gently stir frosting into whipped cream. Spread over cookie pizza. Arrange fruit on top.
